The cutting process of 6600 Lbs. of Sweet Cinnamon Quillings OG MRH Lot# H01055-023 has been completed.
During the milling process , the personnel made observations and collected pieces of rubber bands, soft plastic. and a small metal fragment recovered from the magnet. The sample of foreign matter that has been obtained will be delivered to HCI Room.
A total of 6150.50 Lbs. were processed.
- Sweet Cinnamon Chips OG Lot# H01055-023-C : 137 bags. (136@ 45 Lbs., 1@ 30.50 Lbs.)
- Sweet Cinnamon Fines OG Lot# GH01055-013-C : 12 boxes (11@ 28 Lbs., 1@ 6.50 Lbs.)

During the production of FG 2609-00379 the herb filler found what appears to be (X1) down feather.

When receiving this product back from 3rd party processor Mueggenburg, it was mistakenly given a '-T' for steam treatment instead of the correct '-P' for powdered material.

Oregon Black Tea was received in the amount of 5 lbs in Inventory to match the PO, but the individual bag weights add up to 5.46 lbs.

While attempting to obtain a sample for a 2 year retest, approximately 50 - 100 live cigar beetles were observed within the inner bag of 1 container. Inventory crew alerted

Live insects were not observed adjacent to storage locations, as follows:
H14, H70, O26, P26, O30

This is a cancelled order that requires rework.

This material was returned by a customer. They returned 10lbs of this finished goods lot.

The container has been reviewed and approved for restock by QC.

A bottle in this box leaked and damaged some of the bottles labels.

This material needs to be sifted per HCI.

Material was received in plastic bags in cardboard boxes with staples.

Due to the presence of mylar in packaging, this material must be repacked.

Due to this material (2,506 lbs) being received in supersacks (1@ 953 lbs 1 @ 930 lbs, 1 @ 623 lbs) it could not be sampled for testing.

This material was sent to vendor to be milled, but they failed to do so successfully. It was received with the same lot# it had originally as most of the lot was not transformed. However, this means that the testing that it should get (because it left our custody) cannot be applied as the lot already has its original results.

Upon inspection 2 boxes were found to have the following:

Box #1 (1 @ 1.25 gal) box had leaking through small hole near the pour valve. Box #3 @1.25 gal appeared to have oily residue within the box.

Due to this material (540 lbs) being received in supersacks (1@ 540 lbs) it could not be sampled for testing.

Failed to Powder: 810 Lbs. (54@ 15 Lbs.) of Cat's Claw Bark C/S NOG were brought to be ground. After several attempts using the M300 Grinder#1 and the Fitz Mill equipment, the grinding process had to be cancelled. The product is very difficult to process, very hard to grind. Only one pound was wasted from a 15 Lbs. bag.

Upon visual inspection, 5 @ 27.5 lb bags have affected exteriors. Staining, scuffing, a black substance and oily residue appear on the exterior bags.

Herb lead had me look at the self heal due to it appearing to contain a lot of stems.

It is stated by the Blender on the Dry Ingredient Blending Batch Record that the batches still clumpy after blending, will require further processing at the mill.

Live insects were found in the retention sample for Moringa Leaf C/S OG H00723-005-C. This blend has that material as an ingredient.

Due to this lot being received in 13 @ 100 lbs square bales, the material could not be sampled for testing.

Jordan was using the Dose it and pouring some Lemongrass E.O. OG (Lot # ES00063-011), after he filled the first (2) 40 Fl oz measuring cups, while filling the 3rd, the material started to turn a much darker color then what we are used to seeing. This is when he stopped and notified QC.

This material was initially slated for rejection for extraneous matter (excreta). However, it has since been determined that we can in fact satisfactorily clean this material.

(x3) 25lb bags were received from Dogwood, (x1) bag has 2 different lot #'s on it.

(x1) 16oz bottle with 2 of the same labels was found while stocking the pick floor.

(x1) 8oz bottle without a label was found while stocking the pick floor with 8oz 2604-00144.

This material is the consolidation of RM and reprocessed FGs that needs to be sent to a validated processor for treatment. All FGs have been reprocessed and are no longer in inventory.

While Jason was pulling out the pallet at 50-DOG-E4 (one of the tighter aisles), a bottom bag (1 @ 31.9 lbs) tore against the rack support. Torn bag was placed into a polywoven bag to contain product.

The grinding process was halted because the M300 Grinder#3 operator noticed some soft blue plastic strands in the product. (5 pieces of soft plastic strands were pulled out of the large hopper vibratory#3)
810 Lbs. were brought to the mill to be processed, but only 4.16 Lbs. were ground.

511.95 Lb. of Witch Hazel Bark Rough Cut NOG Lot# H01084-004 were brought to the mill to be processed in the cutting room.
Production was halted due to foreign matter (such as rocks, pieces of paper, rigid plastic, poliwoven strand, pieces of ropes, etc.) found during the cutting process.

-During the dismantling of the equipment for cleaning, cutting personnel found pieces of rope in the S. Howes Screen. Consequently , there may be foreign matter in the processed product. QC Hold sign was placed on the pallets.

Due to this material (620 lbs) being received in supersacks (1@ 300 lbs 1 @ 320 lbs) it could not be sampled for testing.

Extraneous matter was observed during processing. According to the back grinding personnel some cigarette butts were found in the remaining pounds of Lemongrass C/S. The personnel also recovered small clumps of dry soil, small piece of plastic with metal and other foreign matter.

Rainwater slightly flooded the Quonset area reaching the exterior of the Mill's north wall. There was minor water seepage into the mill's interior. The facility personnel has already cleaned and sanitized the affected area. QC Mill will perform an unplanned environmental swabbing. Pigs sorbent socks were used to contain the flood.
Photos were taken.

Due to this material (1,014 lbs) being received in supersacks (1 @ 196, 200, 231, 201 and 186) it could not be sampled for testing.

Cigarettes butts were shredded during the milling process, potentially affecting 64 Lbs. of processed material. According to the back grinding personnel some cigarette butts were found in the remaining pounds of Lemongrass C/S. The personnel also recovered small clumps of dry soil, small piece of plastic with metal and other foreign matter.

Processed Product : 35 Lbs. and 64 Lbs. of possibly affected product.
Unprocessed Product : 396 Lbs.
QC Hold was placed on the product. The process was stopped pending further disposition.

Excreta was found during remediation.

While powdering this material a piece of glass was found.

On this Fresh Maceration the two Vats that were used did not have the correct number of additions applied to the Vats. This resulted in the Yield being low at 76% and it will also make the ABV off as well.

This mateial was received from Trout Lake Farm LLC and originaly rejected. It was decided that this material is to be remediated instead per Meghan B.
